Incorporated on 08 March 2025 in Bathinda, Punjab (CIN: U88900PB2025NPL063821), Avishakti Care Foundation is an unlisted, private not-for-profit company under ROC Chandigarh. With an authorized capital of ₹1.50 million and paid-up capital of ₹0.10 million, we focus on last-mile delivery of inclusive finance.
